A registration can be made via the completely filled in and personally signed registration form. You can easily download this entry form here. If you choose bank transfer this registration does not take effect until the entry fee reaches our account and your name appears in the official participants list on Internet.

Deadline: May 11th, 2014 (the deadline date is the “received by” date, not the postmarked date). Late registration - if the race is not already sold out - are possible in a limited amount on the day of the event.

By registering for the marathon, you can still decide during the race whether to run the full distance (marathon) or just half the distance (half marathon). Regrettably entry fees cannot be refunded if you choose to run the half marathon. If you have registered for the half marathon you can only run this distance.

Confirmation of registration
Confirmation of registration will only be sent via email! If you do not have an email address, registration is confirmed by withdrawal of the entry fee from your account and the inclusion of your name in the official list of runners published on our website. To pick up your bib number please show a valid identity card with a photo.

Important: entry fees are not refundable unless we receive a medical certificate from you by post by May 11th, 2014 (the date is the “received by” date, not the postmarked date). In this case we will retain a handling fee of EUR 10. If you want to transfer your bib number to another person you can do this until May 11th, 2014 by paying EUR 10 registration fee. Because of organizational reasons, changes and cancelations are not possible after May 11th, 2014.

You can use this search form to find out whether you have been registered for the ING Night Marathon Luxembourg. We will naturally process your registration as soon as possible. Nevertheless, with postal registrations in particular, it can sometimes take a little while for your data to become available online. The runner's list is  updated roughly once a week.

Registration is only valid after the completely received payment and will therefore be published online in the list of participants once the organisation fee is received.
