Limits
Due to the spacious area there are no participation limits. The time limit for completing the track is 3 hours.

Starting grid
The Nordic walkers start at the end of the starter box but both runners and walkers start at the same time.

Changing Rooms/ Toiletts/ Shower Facilities
Changing Rooms, Toiletts and Shower Facilities are located in the event area on the Erzberg.

Transport of Clothes
In the starting area clothes can be packed in garment bags that are tagged with the starting number. Those bags are transported at approximately 10.15 am from the starting to the finishing area. Garment bags that are left in the finishing area will be available as of 2 pm in front of the race office at the Erzberg.

Transfer from the finishing area to the fairground
Participants, attendants and spectators are transported by busses from the finishing area to the fairground for free.

Attendants and Spectators
Attendants and Spectators are not allowed to leave the marked tracks. The organizers assume no liability for accidents or other cases of damage. Attendants and spectators can be transported from the starting to the finishing area and back to the fairground by bus.

Food along the route
There will be three Check Points along the road and in the finishing area where participants with a valid Starting Number will get food and drinks.

Parking space
There is enough parking space at the fairground and in the surrounding area.

Medical care
The Austrian Red Cross and the Mountain Rescue team of Eisenerz will be on site.

Score/Prices

The fastest male and female participant of the day will get the big price of the Erzberg which is a valuable trophy, designed by a local artist.
The three fastest male and female participants of each class as well as the three fastest male, female and mixed teams will be awarded.
The oldest participant of the event will be honoured with an Honorary Award
There will be no Cash Prizes.
Prices have to be picked up in person at the Award Ceremony.

· Erzberglauf - Registration

· Online Registration
Participants can register online for the Erzberg Run on www.pentek-payment.at - a service of PENTEK timing GmbH on behalf of the organizers of the event. PENTEK timing GmbH is only mediator and licensee of the application portal.

· It is possible to pay the registration fee by credit card or by automatic debit transfer system of an Austrian or German account. The status of the registration can be checked online.

· If there are any questions concerning you registration or the status of your registration it is possible to call the PENTEK payment Hotline via +43 660 3 533 533. If there are further questions participants need to contact the organizers directly.

· Written registration/ Registration via fax
It is possible to send a written registration by fax to Pentek-Payment via +43 (0)1 25 33033 8183 using the registration form.

· The settlement of accounts will be done by Pentek-Payment - a service of PENTEK timing GmbH on behalf of the organizers.

· Furthermore there’s the possibility of sending the registration by mail or fax to the Tourism Association of Eisenerz - Fax number: +43 (0)3848/2100, Telephone number: +43 (0)3848/3700

· The form has to be completed and signed. In case that children would like to participate in the event (whether as runners or walkers) the signatures of their legal representatives are required. Registration forms without signature won’t be accepted.

· In case that data has to be changed after the registration, a fee of € 3,- has to be paid.

· It’s not possible to register on the phone.

· The registration fee has to be paid by the time the registration is completed. If there’s no payment the registration won’t be considered. Bank transfers from abroad have to be exempt from charges for the recipient.

· The registration fee won’t be reimbursed in case that participation is not possible.

· Late entries
Late entries can be done on the 9th of August 2013 from 5 till 8 pm and on the 10th of August 2013 from 7 till 10 am.

Just for Nordic Walk:
Children who were born after 1997 can participate for free but have to be registered.

· Payment of the registration fee
The registration fee can be paid by credit card (Visa-, Master- or Eurocard), by using a payment form (reason for payment: “Erzberglauf 2013”) or directly via bank transfer (Steiermärkische, account number: 00001656669, bank code: 20815). Deadline: 7th of August 2013!

· Terms & Conditions
Anybody who was born before 1997 is allowed to participate even if there’s no club to run for. At the Nordic Walk anybody who was born before 2002 is allowed to participate although children have to be accompanied by their legal guardian.

· The consignment of the starting number is impossible.

· The starting number has to be worn clearly visible and cannot be changed or covered.
