Starting numbers, Marathon Expo and Pasta Party
Pick up of the starting numbers, Marathon Expo and the Pasta Party will take place in the starting area.

Starting numbers can be picked up in the Luxexpo on the following days (you will need to show a valid photo ID):

Friday, June 10th, 2011          10 am to 8 pm
Saturday, June 11th, 2011      10 am to 6 pm

Finish time
The finish time for the last marathon runner is 01.08 am. You can return your ChampionChip in the finish area until 02.00 am (June 12th, 2011).

By registering for the marathon, you can still decide during the race whether to run the full distance (marathon) or just half the distance (half marathon). Regrettably entry fees cannot be refunded if you choose to run the half marathon. If you have registered for the half marathon you cannot then choose to run the full marathon!

Confirmation of registration 
No postal confirmation of registration will be sent! Registration is confirmed by withdrawal of the entry fee from your account and the inclusion of your name in the official list of runners on our website.

 

Deadlines: all entries must be received by May 22nd, 2011. Limited registration on the day.

 

Important: entry fees are not refundable unless we receive a medical certificate from you by post by May 9th, 2011. In this case we will retain a handling fee of EUR 10.00. If you want to transfer your starting number to another person you can do this until May 9th, 2011 by paying EUR 10.00 registration fee.

Because of organizational reasons, changes and cancelations are not possible after May 9th, 2011.
