Entry requirements

All adults (minimum age on 29.04.2012 – 18yrs) who are sufficiently trained and fit for sport may take part as runners, wheelchair competitors and handbikers. Nordic walkers are not catered for!
Every participant is responsible for assessing his/her own physical suitability to take part – if neccessary after consulting a doctor.

Entry fees

· € 70.00 incl. VAT for German residents

· € 72.50 incl. VAT for Non-German residents

Rebates

· HaspaJoker customers receive a rebate of € 7.50 from the entry fee.

· Members of Hamburg sports clubs which are affiliated to the Hamburger Sportbund and enter before 31.12.2011 receive a rebate of € 10.00 from the entry fee.

· Competitors who have completed the Marathon at least 20 times receive a rebate coupon worth € 20.00.

· Competitors who have completed the Marathon at least 25 times receive a rebate coupon worth € 25.00.

Pasta Party

This year all registered athletes are offered a portion of high quality pasta and a drink at the special price of €4.99.

Your health is of our concern
Before you sign up, we recommend that you do an initial evaluation of your health risk during sport. This is possible with the German ROAD RACES (CFR) questionnaire on health.

Marathon Relay

Kids Marathon "Das Zehntel"

Over 7,000 kids between the ages of 6-17 years are expected to compete on the kids course of 4.2195 km on Saturday, 28th April 2012.
NEW! This year marks the first time adults can also enter the kids marathon "das Zehntel"!
